Vivo V27 Pro has a ‘Fluorite AG’ glass back panel

Desk Report, India : Chinese technology company, Vivo has launched the new V27 series of smartphones in India. There are two smartphones in the series – Vivo V27 and Vivo V27 Pro – that retain the color-changing back panel of the V25 series.

Vivo V27 Pro Display and Design

The Vivo V27 Pro has a ‘Fluorite AG’ glass back panel. Color-changing Fluorite AG glass technology brings improved sensitivity to the back in the Magic Blue variant of smartphones, which changes color from a delicate pale blue to a more vivid, beautiful deep blue when exposed to UV light. On the back panel, the device has a new camera module design. The phone comes in Magic Blue and Noble Black color options, we had the Blue which changes color when exposed to sunlight. The smart phone features a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED screen with a high refresh rate of 120Hz, peak brightness of up to 1300 nits and 1.07 billion colors that offer immersive viewing and a theater-like experience. The display is workable, and you won’t experience any issues while watching videos or playing games or just scrolling through Instagram. With a sleek body of just 7.36 mm, a 60-degree light curvature and a weight of just 182 grams, the smartphone feels premium.

Pricing and Availability

Vivo V27 is priced at Rs 32,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and Rs 36,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant. While the base price of the Vivo V27 Pro is Rs 37,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, and Rs 42,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant.

Pre-booking for both the phones starts today, and the Vivo V27 Pro will go on sale from March 6, while the Vivo V27 will be available from March 23.

Explanations

Both phones have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Vivo V27 Pro uses a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. Vivo V27 on the other hand has MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC.

Both smartphones have Android 13, in-display fingerprint sensors, dual-SIM support, and a USB Type-C port.

For the camera, both phones use a familiar triple camera module with a primary 50 Megapixel Sony IMX766V sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. There is a 50 megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
