Jaipur, India : The state government is taking decisions with sensitivity to provide social security to every section. In this series, Rajasthan Logistical Service Delivery Corporation (RLSDC) will be constituted to free the personnel from the exploitation by the placement agencies.
With the state government forming this government company (RLSDC), the practice of employing personnel through placement agencies will end in the state, which will free these personnel from exploitation. This important and sensitive decision was taken in the cabinet meeting organised under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot on Sunday.
Through RSLDC, which is to be constituted on the lines of REXCO, the personnel appointed in government departments and semi-government institutions through the placement agencies will get a big relief. The registration and selection of skilled and unskilled candidates through the new company will be done in transparent manner and these candidates will be provided fair remuneration. The administrative work will gain pace with the availability of the trained personnel.
With the decision of the cabinet, personnel working prior to January 1, 2021 will be taken directly as per the requirement through RLSDC, by which they will get full remuneration without any unnecessary deductions.
As per the cabinet decision, RLSDC will be a registered and fully owned company of the state government as per the Companies Act-2013. The chairman of this company being set up under the Administrative Reforms Department will be the principal secretary of the Administrative Reforms Department. Besides this, , Department of Personnel principal secretary, General Administration Department and Labour Department Principal secretary/secretary, Finance Expenditure department secretary and State Insurance and Provident Fund Department director and person nominated by the state government will work as members.
