The blockbuster action film RDX starring Shane Nigam, Neeraj Madhav and Antony Varghese is all set for its digital release. The film will stream on Netflix from this Sunday (12 midnight). Directed by debutant Nahas Hidayat, RDX releases on screens on August 25 during the Onam weekend. The film emerged as a major box office success with its worldwide gross collection earning over Rs 80 crore. Sophia Paul’s weekend blockbusters supported the film.
Shane Nigam plays Karate Master Robert
RDX, written by Adarsh Sukumaran and Shabas Rashid, is the story of three skilled martial artists who are separated at one point in their lives before reuniting to fight a common enemy. Shane Nigam plays karate master Robert, while Antony plays his brother Donnie, who is skilled in boxing. Neeraj Madhav plays his friend Xavier, a nunchaku expert. The USP of the film is the tremendous action sequences choreographed by Ambariv, who is known for his work in the films Vikram, Kaithi and KGF.
Nahas signs second film
Meanwhile, after the success of RDX, RDX director Nahas has already signed his second film with Weekend Blockbusters. Antony Varghese is also collaborating with the banner for another action film, directed by debutant Ajith Mampally.
